Going Under

Today we go under. Mommy made us appointments at the vet for dental cleanings (aka. scraping all of our well-earned tartar off our teeth). Mommy told us she was sorry and that it was for our own good, but we think she's just trying to get in some alone time with the new mattress.

Speaking of the new mattress, it's our favorite. We sleep on it all day. The downside is that it's 18" deep and we can no longer jump up on it. We need a step to help us out but Daddy likes the idea of us being on the bed only when he wants us on the bed. Not fair.

The snow has been falling. We're ready for spring time so we can enjoy Puppy Playtime once again without freezing. We can smell it coming.

There's not a lot going on with us here. We get to harass Uncle Bladen and Uncle Gurt quite a bit. They moved in last month and immediately put up baby gates in their doorways. Now we have melted their once ice-cold-pug-hating-hearts and now have free reign of their bedrooms, as we should. The only downside to having Uncle Bladen and Uncle Gurt in the house is that I get less attention than normal. They seem to fall for Banjo's stupidity. They eat it up! Don't they see that he's dumb? I'm the smart one of us two yet I get no love. All they ever say to me is "It's a trap!". Not funny guys, not funny.

Maybe I should poop on their beds.

Out of Dog Food

I'm hungry and mommy forgot to buy dog food before Sunday came. Freaking-a. This rarely happens, but when it does it means one thing... home made dinner.

Joje and I got a delicious home made meal for dinner tonight. I hope mom forgets to get dog food again tomorrow. She made us turkey with rice and peas and carrots. I hate veggies but Banjo ate everything (surprised? I didn't think so).

Now I just need to figure out how we can get a dinner like that again tomorrow. I'll have to be crafty.

A Snowy Walk

We went on our morning walk and it was snowing. When it comes to snow, we don't share mutual feelings... I hate it and Banjo loves it. Why? I have no idea why he loves the snow. Probably because he's retarded.

While walking around snow built up under my paw and started to freeze my toes. I had to limp around until mom came and broke the snow off my paw and even though it was a relief to have the snow gone, I hate it when she touches my paws. They're so tender.

I hope it stops snowing soon, yet, something inside tells me that it's just beginning... Why did my pets make us move to Idaho? I thought we were rid of this crappy state.

On an unrelated note, my nose is runny. I hope I'm not coming down with what Banjo had. I don't want to get a shot. I hate the vet.

We Escaped

Today we escaped. The neighbors caught us and brought us home. Mommy and daddy have no idea how we did it... but I know we'll do it again.
